From time to time I'm getting unique and unusual request to build specific wheels. Each project like that is very exciting as it's breaking up the routine in similar/same wheels build
This time Alex came to me with the task to build the wheels which would match to his steel city bike project where the main objective is simplicity and minimalism in lack of cables & wires as much as possible.
As the result I made a wheels based on Ryde silver rims, DT Champion silver spokes and Sturmey hubs where rear is duomatic with coaster brake.
In order to highlight the fact that the wheels are custom, two blue spokes were used next to the valve. The bike will have also a slight blue theme so the match
will be perfect.
I'm very happy with overall result, the wheels look really awesome and classy
Hope the owner will be very pleased with them
